Bit of a "locals" secret (compared to well-known Alice Lake). Great for swimming in the summer time. Sometimes the lake freezes over in the winter and it's great for family ice skating.

I went to brohm lake with my family and friends in august the lake was really nice but the kids went swimming over to the other side we could still see the kids but they came back in shock that there were naked women and men over on the other side I didn't believe them at first but about 10mins... I understand now what Canadians mean by interpretive forests. It is their interpretation of "steep" and "flat", similar to what they mean by "quite near" and "not so far"... This is not an easy trail for someone with tricky knees but it is beautiful so worth taking your time. I spent too much time watching where to put my feet... More

This place is a perfect place to chill out, swim, tan, relax on a hot day in Squamish. It also has a perfect rope swing and a few decent sized cliffs to jump from. Be careful when choosing which cliff, there is a memorial at the peak on one of them. Get here before 10 to be able to park... More

Do NOT park on freeway, you will get towed. Lake is so precious and beautiful, although highway noise well heard. great quick cool off spot as well

We started out going south along the road to the bridge which is a very easy walk. It was as we progressed north along the west side of the Lake that the terrain got rough - hilly, lots of ups and downs, loose rock and some dead ends where we had to retrace our steps to find the trail marker.... This lake is always cool and clear. There are no beaches only rock ledges. There is a nice trail around the lake that is a bit challenging but not undo able. Lots of interesting trees and other flora. A great trail to take at an easy pace. On the other side of the lake is a rope you can use... More

Located north of Squamish the park has limited parking but worth the walk in or around the lake, The south route will take you over 2 wooden bridges

Lovely lakeside hike around the lake and then, hold on to your hat and jump in the lake. A bit nippy but then you wanted to cool off, right? (No place to change; wear your suit.)

Hike, swim, paddle-board, rope swing. Avoid Alice Lake and come here for the day instead. Bring some cards and a packed lunch as well and be prepared to follow the sun.
