We visited May 22, 2017. We were returning from a hike on our way back to Vancouver and stopped by at around 6 pm. Really pretty! You can see the falls from the highway. Lots of people around in the park at that time. Climb up the stairs to get to the top and you get very wet from the... More

The falls are very close to the park, immediately off the highway, so there were lots of people there. (Free parking in the park and across the street as well.) The falls were amazing, the kids really enjoyed this easy walk. We played in the river for a bit as well, even though the water was ice cold.

I got here pretty early and there weren't many people. As I was leaving a ton of people were showing up. I would say to definitely make this a stop on your road trip or vacation! It's amazing!

This waterfall is on the way to Squamish and is just before the Sea to Sky Gondola. The parking is free and you can even walk to the gondola if in good health. We just liked seeing the waterfall & taking photos.

The Shannon Waterfall can be seen from the Sea to Sky highway! My son and I couldn't believe what we were seeing from the car. I asked my husband to stop and we weren't disappointed. There were many trails, and you could camp there if desired. Families were tenting and had barbeques going not far from the parking lot. Less... More

My husband and I went to do the upper shannon falls hike. The map in the shannon falls car park area is wrong, technically that walk no longer exists as it is now just part of the sea to sky walk. It was still a nice walk, we turned around at 5km, there was no sign to say we'd reached... More

a great stop off on our way from whistler. great washrooms, picnic area and the falls at 1200ft are spectacular. The parking lot was very crowded so we had to do a few laps before we got a spot.

This park is directly adjacent to Highway 99, which makes it a perfect stop for us on our way to Whistler. Due to heavy snow of past winter, the fall has enormous volume of water pouring down from 335m-high cliffs, which is impressive. This park also provides picnicking, hiking and access to the trail in Stawamus Chief Provincial Park. We... More

I live in Oregon where we have many amazing waterfalls to hike to, but I have never seen anything like this! The park is beautiful and clean, and though much of the visitors activities are still closed for the season, it was nice and not overcrowded.
