My dog and myself walk this park on a regular bases. A great place to see migrating birds from swans to pelicans. Close to downtown worth stopping by.

Short walking trail with entrance tucked between 2 streets boarding lake shore. Easy access near downtown location. Pleasant view of lake,birds and surrounding area. Dogs welcomed on leash. Start to finish about 15 minutes

It is obvious a lot of effort has gone into the creation of this park and keeping it close to nature. We were able to view local birds and despite the fall weather we were able to see the various plant life from the area.

For those of you looking to take photographs, take a nature walk or enjoy birding, this is the spot for you. Osprey, eagles, blue heron and now pelicans make this spot their nesting grounds. The trails are clearly marked, well maintained and are seeing continued...More

What a little gem by the waterfront. Awestruck by the biodiversity. Yellow-headed blackbirds,red-winged blackbirds, herons, bald eagles, Canada geese and babies, swallows swooping and eating mosquitoes... Great foresight by Salmon Arm residents to have this park available for the public. I think in a Nature...More

Right in the heart of nature bring your cameras and a picnic lunch. Very serene and so relaxing. We ate our lunches watching the birds around us . There are walking trails for you to enjoy

A small nature park on the edge of Shuswap Lake and easily accessible for all. This is next to other nature parks and attractions.

This is a great place not far from the Downtown area where you enjoy the silence that comes with being along the lake shore, although this is slightly disturbed by the trains coming past every so often. However this doesn't seem to affect the birds...More
