Not much of a hill with lousy access and drivers that think they own the road. seriously it;s not worth taking your life in your hands to access this small town hill.

White water is an awesome ski resort. It is on of the smaller resorts around when you consider vertical feet but it has done an awesome job packing a lot of ski-able terrain off its short lifts. There is very few groomed runs which is great if you are an more advanced skier looking to do some back- country skiing, they... More

Whitewater is truly authentic. Simple, basic, but you will only find passionate people about what they are doing. Definitely not a place for beginners, but a good place to learn powder skiing and off-piste.

My visit was tainted by an injury and a rough patch of weather so I never got the best that Whitewater had to offer. What I did get was great though and I would definitely come back to make the most of the fantastic variety of terrain for such a small area. Being a European I am used to slight... More

Great little mountain with usually great snow conditions. Worth a visit for one or two days if you are on a ski trip in the area.

No CELL phone coverage at all on the mountain. The mountain has a large amount of snow and terrain. 2 double chairs and a triple. The Summit Chair will be a 4 seat this summer. Thank God. Was there in March. 15 minutes to Nelson. Great hill of mostly advanced skiing with great groomer blues.

The snow was absolute crap but I refuse to rate a ski resort on the snow quality of the day I went. The lodge is very cute with lots of table space and a GREAT London Fog. They have a wide variety of runs and it's a perfect mountain for beginners. It's very easy to navigate but get used to... More

Ski slopes have a generous amount of snow, 3 chair lifts, that have a variety of terrain. Enough groomed blue runs for the intermediate skier who doesn't want bumps, but known for the snow, black diamond runs and skiing the trees. The lift prices rack rate $79. for adult day pass. Easy to park buy a lift ticket and be... More

All mountains are good when the snow is fresh and Whitewater in Nelson will not let you down. We had 20cms fresh each day we skied. On the mountain they have free mountain tour twice a day. I would recommend you take the tour as the terrain is vast and there is a lot of great advice to be gained... More

Really fantastic ski resort with homey feel, went during busiest time of year but hardly had any lines. Saw lots of neighbourly behaviour - everyone seemed to know each other.
