Metropolis at Metrotown is one of the largest shopping mall is BC. It has a wide variety of shops and it's new! We enjoyed a day there and the food court offers a good selection of food at reasonable prices.

I don't know. You could try calling the Admin (Mgmt.) office. Good Luck. I'm not sure about ramps.
