This beautiful 9 hole course has spectacular views and is enjoyable to walk. We even had a deer and her fawn cross our path on the 7th hole! The staff were very friendly and the clubhouse has a beautiful patio to enjoy a drink and a great meal.

My disclaimer - I have only golfed a few times in my life, but we tried the "nine and dine" special on a Thursday night. ($34.50 for 9 holes plus a $16 credit to the Thalassa Restaurant). First - the course is lovely with a few serious hazards that would be challenging for anyone. For me ,as a very new... More

Played 18 holes today with friends from Victoria and Nanaimo. Very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the course, and how well kept the course and facilities were for a municipal course. Very well layed out course with smooth, undulating greens. Hole one is a scenic par 5 along the ocean. Great for a quick nine, or if you have... More

Used to spend the summers as a child in Qualicum Beach. Would play golf with my friends when I was an early teen for less than $20. I remember the course from that time and it was the same as I remembered. There was a long hole as you cross the street across from the clubhouse which is a single... More

We visit QB twice a year to visit family and this trip we again played the municipal course. It has changed dramatically over last 30 years always for the better. Finally the clubhouse is on the hill overlooking the ocean and you start on a par 5 instead of what is now the par 3 ninth hole. It is sand... More

Beautiful, well groomed golf course with ocean views. The staff are helpful and experienced, which adds to the all around wonderful experience golfing at this challenging course. As a novice golfer my challenge is to make the green over the ravine on hole number 9!

If all you have time for is a round of nine this is the course for you. Very challenging, well maintained, friendly staff and regulars.

Don't play golf but always enjoy a luncheon or dinner at Thalassa restaurant whether winter or summer. Summer, of course, is more enjoyable for lunch when sitting on the patio overlooking the course and the gorgeous ocean view! The prices and service are excellent and it's a great place to take out of town visitors when looking for something a... More

I have eaten here many times for lunch and a few dinners. Liked the food, could not complain about the service received. The view is incredible but the place lacks any real ambience. Just needs a makeover as many eateries do in Qualicum and Parksville.
