got a facial there, but the gal I had was a massage therapist instead and specialized in that! Not an Esthetician!

Went to the Fairmont Hot Springs to soak in in the pool and was very disappointed. The change rooms smelt horrible, paint chips everyone, they were dirty and not one change room had a lock on the door?? The pools themselves appear to be ran-down and could use maintenance. Very overpriced!!!!!

I have been going to the Fairmont pools for the last 25 years since my family and some of my friends like to spend hours in the water at the pools. The last few weeks it has been really disgusting, as it seems that every week one can see feces floating on water. Last time it was Friday Aug. 12 when... More

This is a perfect place to get away. The hot/warm pools are connected so you can easily spend the entire day there. Bring a picnic & be entertained watching all the kids (even the big ones) enjoy diving off the boards. For families this is an amazing place where you will make memories to last a lifetime. This is an... More

Stopped for a soak in the Hot Springs -- felt so good!! The pool area is large and even though there are a lot of people enjoying -- it does not seem crowded and everyone has space. From the pools there are gorgeous mountain views. The change rooms/washrooms need some TLC and updating but are clean. Bring your own towels --... More

Excellent hot springs facility. Large not too hot pool. Excellent changing facilities. One complaint was that you have to make a fairly long walk in the cold air to get from the changing rooms to the pool.

We had the couples massage/mud bath. It was very relaxing and the massage therapist was great. Atmosphere was very nice and everyone was friendly. I would definitely go back.

It is a very busy place but still able to relax, the hot pool was very warm and the cold pools offered a place for kids to play around in.

Called in for a dip late afternoon. First time to the pools. Reasonable price to get in... Nice lady entered us as a family for $39.00 although kids in 20's. Pools basic and quite shallow but setting is amazing. If you shower before you swim as you are requested to do don't wet your hair as the wind was freezing... More
