We tell great stories. We can explain how Creston got its wacky time zone. We can tell you about the steamship that became a tractor (sort of), the first airplane to land in Creston, and the teacher who refused to be fired. Speaking of "great" stories, there's "The Great Railway Race" and the "Great Creston Bank Robbery." And have you heard the one about the imaginary student in Grade Thirteen? Really, we're not making this up. Why would we? Truth is so much better than fiction. We can even help you tell the greatest story of all: your own. So come on in. After all, there's no time like the present to discover the past.

Needed directions to get back to USA border so I stopped. The employee working there was more than helpful. She definitely went the extra mile. Place is loaded with antiques befitting the area. Fruit or logging, take your pick.

The museum was very reasonably priced. They had a guide which we didn't use but heard him explaining info to others and seemed very knowledgeable. Our granddaughter enjoyed.

The Museum is great for anyone to go visit, except not all buildings are handicap accessible. The Staff knows their stuff, and the guided tour is very informative! Many neat artifacts that were preserved and restored.More
