Discover Wells Gray provide guided hikes in this provincial park. Your guide, Guy, is very knowledgeable and apart from leading you on one of the many trails in the park, can answer most if not all of the questions you can think of regarding the flora and fauna in the area. Our walk took us to Moul falls where you... More

Gy loves the area and loves his subject. His passion came over in the guided walk. He was patient in explaining what we saw and answering our questions. We walked up towards Trophy Mountain and saw numerous birds and plants, plus fresh bear paw print. Each time something was spotted we were able to look at it, identify and understand... More

This was our 2nd trip with Gy after an excellent trip with him 3 years ago. The trip last time was into the Gattling Gorge and this we went up the way into the Alpine meadow and beyond. The booking process is very simple via email and Gy quickly came back to any queries and had some suggestions to make... More

Our 20 year old and 16 year old sons weren't sure about a day's hike up Trophy Mountain, but even they were won over and said it was 'amazing'. Our guide Sharon's specialist knowledge and love of the mountains, local flora and fauna shone through as she took us through the alpine flower meadows and up past the tree line... More

My daughter and I were guided round the Maul Falls area by Gy whose passion for the area in general and the habitat in particular brought the morning's hike alive for both of us. Really appreciated his considerate approach to what we wanted to get from the trail - a morning's walk much enjoyed.

We did the Mouls Fall walk with Gy (2 adults and 2 children aged 7-10). The walk was lovely and easy (apart from the last few minutes which are steep but manageable) to reach the amazing falls which can you walk behind. Gy was very friendly and knowledgeable - stopping regularly to talk about plants, berries and the wildlife of... More

Apoloies to Guy for the delay in writing this review but if you have the opportunity, certainly join a tour if you're in the area. I joined a half day tour guided by Guy accompanied by Richard and Gail from Haverfordwest and a Dutch lady. Guy's knowledge and experience helped create a memorable day along with good comradeship from my... More

I booked 2 separate half-day hikes, one with Cindy, the other with Gy. Both guides are incredibly knowledgable of the areas plants, wildlife, and trails. I will absolutely go with them in the future!

Wonderful day spent exploring the alpine meadows on Trophy Mountain. Gorgeous hike from the parking area to the alpine through old growth forest. Wild flowers in the alpine were amazing against the back drop of the mountain vistas. Definitely a must do again next year.

A special magical experience enhanced by Gy's likeable manner, knowledge and enthusiasm. He said he had been guiding in the area for 10 years and never experienced a day like that himself. Many thanks again Gy, it will be in our memories forever. Stella and Alan
