Very nice museum. I went on a day when it was not busy. Lots of detailed information about the exhibits. They also have a great little gift shop with lots of Saskatchewan based products. Definitely worth checking out.

Bring the past to present by taking grandchildren for a visit! Be prepared to spend hours here due to 'hands on' paraphernalia of the past! A real reminder to you of progress along with a walk down Memory Lane! Your grands will want to return again and again! Thanks to you for 'gifting' such memories to youth pf today!

I think this museum is getting better and better. I do like how it hasn't remained the same, it changes and evolves over time. I took my kids and they just loved it. There is a nice balance between written info and visuals and audio. I like the kids room where they can play with artifacts too. This museum does... More

We spontaneously attended the Threshermen's Festival at the museum and loved it! They had antique farm equipment and tractors in action demonstrating how they operated back in the day. Bread being baked in a clay oven...fresh! Old fashioned ice cream demonstration. Operating black smith. Lots for kids. Really great!

The annual show is always a sight to see with antique tractors, restored old cars and threshing demonstrations.

We attend the thresherman show every year and it brings back alot of memories from growing up on the farm with my grandparents. What makes the threshermans weekend for us is my uncle and cousin who take part in the steam engines and tractor parade. It is something to watch.

My family loves going out to the western development museum. The grandkids enjoyed the baked bread the most.

I was there during the summer when you can get up close to the big equipment in the back and picture how it was operated.

Museum is open year round. We usually attend the thresh an days. Nothing really changes out here so a visit every 5 years will keep you up to speed
