Mariposa is a great fruit stand. The selection is amazing, the prices really good, and the other goods (honey, jams, etc) really good quality. But what makes Mariposa special are the snacks. They have fantastic samosas. Every time I think of them I want to head back over there (but it's a long, long way away).

We passed through in late summer and they had various varieties of Apples 20 lb bags for $10.00 which is very reasonable. Lots of pumpkins, peppers. As well various kinds of tomatoes for canning and enjoying otherwise. When you by the pre-prepared boxes of fruit and vegetable they re-weight them at the register for you to insure that no one... Worst corn ever, we were sold cow corn! It was tough, tasteless awful tasting corn. Continue driving, there are several other fruit stands along the way. I wanted to buy apples, no signs for types of apples or prices. Most of the fruit looked second grade, please go elsewhere!

This fruit stand offers a very good selction of locally produced fruit and vegtables and is well worth the trip. They have lots of parking and their staff is very helpful and friendly.

We have shopped at Mariposa during the growing season since about 2005. It is our favourite fruit stand as their boxes of fruit are always consistent throughout. You won't find rotten fruit hidden in the bottom as at other stands. They are always friendly and helpful. We live quite far away and one day on the way to an appointment... More

The Mariposa fruit stand is a great place to stop to buy fresh fruit in season on your way into Keremeos. Especially the apples.

This was our second time stopping through here this summer and it always has a great selection. It is competitively priced and the quality is worth every dollar! There is consistency in the product, it is the same on the bottom as it is on the top... we have had some bad experiences with other stands to say the least.... More

We stopped here because we thought it was the only game in town. It's very large and has a lot more besides fruits and vegetables. They had many varieties of apples that we were not familiar with. Unfortunately, they had no samples, so we didn't know what to pick besides the usual suspects. If you're heading east, there are many... More
