It was a very fun time. You can wander around the rocks, or you can walk the paved trail straight to the lighthouse. Connects to a trail ( Wild Coast? Wild Pacific) I would recommend it if you are ever in Ucluelet.

There is a car park with a short walk to the lighthouse but better still is to do the several km walk that takes in this point. The views are amazing and it's all pretty easy walking. It's a must in this area.

Heard that the sunsets are lovely, we were there at the wrong time. The deer browsing in the parking lot were a treat.

Take a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunset on a bench near the lighthouse. On a nice day no better spot in Ucluelet.

Situated at far end of town down a short lane. Short walk from car park to the lighthouse. Panoramic views impaired somewhat by the sea fret.

Great walk as well history on lighthouse and warning sea bells. Trail takes you to the sea as well through old growth coastal trees and vegetation

Went there today for our vancouver Island vacation. Nice short walk up there. Parking depends on luck. U can either park all the way in, or before reaching, there is one parking too. U can also park along the roadside which is what we did....More

Every step provides another picture perfect view. Great for photographers. It is a very easy walk that can be done by anyone in good health.

The lighthouse itself is very regular and unspectacular. It's the views around it that are special and the walks so rewarding. We saw everything in glorious sunshine so everything looked great but it may be different when the wind and rain are being experienced

The southernmost destination along the Wild Pacific Trail, the lighthouse has its history, its beautiful setting, and the sound of buoys and bells from the surrounding inlets. Worth the walk, and a place to rest, with parking nearby. We walked there from the Black Rock...More
