First off I'm a manly man and as such I don't spa (my darling wife persuaded me to come wile on a ski trip). Nice location, cuddled into a hilly mountain side, lots of trees and seemingly quite private. All of the treatment rooms are in one of several out buildings. A bit confusing getting around, they should give you... More

I used to frequent this spa regularly 5 years ago. It was my favourite spa of the laurentians being so intimate. Been there recently and have noticed much lower maintenance/upkeep. The water is dirty AND smelly. Also looking overall run-down. This place needs to be renovated and put up to date!

We bought the coupon on Groupon and decided to use for our first anniversary. The spa was anything but relaxing - especially that on Saturday, 18 February it was over capacity with 250 people in the baths that day. Too crowded. There were so many people that people were stuck to each other! The water in the lower pool was... More

I had my flip flops stolen from outside the hot tub and had to walk back in the snow. It really ruined the day as the price with rentals etc is not cheap. The spa did nothing about it and offered no compensation. They stated people sneak into the spa and that this occurs. Bring your own robe and cheap... More

Started out my experience here with a massage, was delightful. The location of the spa is nestled amongst the trees and with a nearby river and soft music, was very relaxing. lots of loungers, swings and places to nap with a decent amount of hot/cold pools to wade in and out of. We also had lunch there and the food... More

The day went very good ! Overall good atmosphere and relaxing! Very friendly staff ! Site was clean even if lots of leaves were falling! Lack of options in water temperature of the pools ! Everything was either 40 degree or 15 degree that we were told ! There was no sign whatsoever that was indicative of the pool temperature... More

I go to spas often , I went here, my locker was broken into probably an inside job ,as their are cameras everywhere, I was not compensated and was even given a flimsy lock to lock my locker after I said I had my own secure lock, do not go here, you will be robbed, I do not recommend this... More

Wow..just wow! First off, the theme is Asian inspired and the nordic spa is nestled into the forest with streams flowing all around you. There are a lot of trees and birds chirping and almost no one at the spa, which made it feel like we were the only ones there (on a saturday!!). I was alone everytime i went... More

My husband and I went to spa ofuro for an overnight. It was our first time ever going to a spa. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings in a naturally beautiful environment. All staff were friendly and efficient. We look forward to going back in the winter to take in yet another wonderful relaxing experience.
