We took the ferry from Campobello Island to Deer island. The ferry was on schedule and efficient. The $24 Canadian Fare was reduced to $20 US which was nice. The scenery along the way is beautiful.

The ferry from L'Etete to Deer Island is a provincial ferry and is free. It's great, a beautiful trip and I'd rate it a five star trek. The ferry from Deer Island to Campobello is also beautiful but has some problems. On our first ferry, we were told there was no discount for US money and that our fare, paid... More

We took the ferry from Letete to Lords Cove, Deer Island. First experience on that type of ferry. The crew were very efficient and ran on time. Little choppy crossing going over but much nicer when we returned back the next day.

Unfortunately passengers cannot climb to the second level for a better view, but the views are spectacular even if only glimpsed in part from the bow (or stern).

We took the ferry from St George to Deer Island on recommendation from our hotel clerk and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is a quick and scenic ride to a beautiful place. Definitely worth at least an hour to drive around the island, but it would also be great to spend a few days there. We saw several bald eagles soaring... More

He's ferries are great for getting around the island and a quick way of getting around. The drive on ramp is very unique because most of them are just off of the shore.

Make sure it is running. It's nice when it runs, but has become undependable. Today was supposed to be the 2nd day of the season and it is not running. Business associate got to Deer Island, then had to backtrack again for a second ferry ride and go through St Stephen. Several hours wasted...

We utilized two ferries on our journey from the mainland to deer island and then to Campobello island. Both of the ferries were efficient and safe. I can say that I enjoyed the first of the two ferries the most as it was free of charge. The second ferry from deer island to Campobello island cost $24 for one car... More

What can you say about a ferry ride? We got safely on board and were safely discharged. Bit of delay because one ferry was in the shop, but still, good service. And it was free! Thanks NB
