Edward and Vintage is set in the heart of the Peak District. Housed in the former post office in the village of Tissington. Edward and Vintage is situated at the start of two wonderful foot paths taking you across fields to the Tissington trail. A great venue to get your supplies for the walk or to sit and enjoy a handmade ice-cream in the gardens of the cottage after a day exploring.

After visiting on my own with my dog I decided to return with my hubby and young children and we just love it!! The staff/owners are fantastic and friendly! The ice cream and sweets absolutely delicious, I just wish they sold hot drinks but totally understand why they don't. Mind you if they did I'd never want to leave!! Thanks... More

This small sweetshop has all sorts of retro sweeties, like those we used to have when we were kids. We were literally like kids in a toy shop. We bought some fudge and had an ice cream cone each...in the rain :))

Popped in having veered off the Tissington trail looking for a shop selling water and some sweets, and couldn't have been more delighted to find this "step back in time" sweet shop in a beautiful little cottage in Tissington. Everything about the place transports you back to another era - 70's sweets, pick and mix, home made fudge - and... More

This shop /experience is something really special . I once ordered a sweet ration to be sent to my nephews as a gift when they were studying ww2 . The parcel arrived all wrapped up in brown paper and string. A very special individual touch . Visit highly recommended - you won't be disapointed.

Beautifully presented installation. Sweets galore (obviously) but how can you leave this shop without feeling you want more. Transport yourself back to your childhood whatever your age. The village itself is charming as is this enticing shop of delights. Most impressive is the shopkeeper who must have a most impressive memory or ordering system that allows him to put his... More

A must when travelling through Tissington on the bike trail. The visit to the sweet shop really picked up the family after many miles on the bike. It was a delightful shop that has to be seen to be believed with excellent customer service and a warm welcome to us all. The home made fudge is delicious. I think the... More
