This is a relative easy hike that starts in Waterton and brings you in no time up into the mountains from where you have great views down the lake or back onto Waterton townsite. The waterfalls are pretty and great for pictures. Along the trail...More

Very easy hike to Bertha Falls and you can continue onto Bertha Lake. Very easy and family friendly. A lot of switchbacks. Great views. And if you continue onto Bertha Lake it is very much worth it.

This is a moderate hike with a few steep sections of the trail. The views of Waterton Lake and the mountains on both sides of Bertha Creek valley are well worth the effort. The falls are nice but nothing too special. It is the walk...More

Relatively short hike. Nice views and waterfall. Not as stunning as other hikes in the park (i.e. Crypt Lake). But worth it if you have a spare 1/2 day. Good for kids. We saw a bear on this trail, which added to the excitement!

The hike to Bertha Falls is relatively easy and the hike from the falls to the lake has a 1000 foot elevation gain in 2 miles. Great views at the lake and a 3 mile trail around the lake

An amazingly ng experience from just a short hike off the end of the paved road. Wonderful improvements to the viewing platforms.

This is considered an easy hike although it is about an hour or so and can be hot and dusty. However, the falls are worth getting to.

As far as I know the trail is closed. Best for you to check the trail status report on the Parks Canada, Waterton website. You could also give them a call.
