Amazing Zoo!

The zoo was fantastic - my only complaint would be the cafe that was expensive with limited options.

Bristol zoo is a lovely day out for the family. It's not massive but for me it's got everything you need (penguins!). The talks are entertaining and there are some good spots to stop and have a picnic. A year long pass works out value for money if you go regularly.

Compact and very family friendly. Great selection of animals and well presented. This is a zoo designed for animals and people. Worth a visit.

My family were home from Sweden, so we decided to take my grandson to the zoo and to meet up with my niece, husband and boys. We spent the afternoon there. Admittedly it is the Winter. However, in making our way to see the Penguins we found out that there house closed at 4pm. Disappointing! My grandson is car mad... More

We often go to Bristol zoo as its our local one, Great selection of animals and nice gardens. The staff there are all friendly and willing to answer any questions. I go every Tuesday to help out in education centre which is kept really nice and clean. Will defiantly recommend to any one who likes zoos.

Went to the Zoo at night time! The kids were disappointed that they could only see the reptiles and the aquarium, but the Christmas theme was very good. Songs with Santa, and the penguin/seal tunnels turned into a Christmas walk-though story, with some really good actors and costumes. Worth going along if you have younger children.
