Huge collection of books & really nice layout to the store. Plenty of harder to find 'indie' stuff too, like e.g. comics I've never heard of and a big collection of feminist books in the gender studies section. If you're into board games they have a really impressive selection of games, saw quite a few Japanese board games (English version... More

From the moment you enter until leaving, the staff make you feel so welcome. Knowledgable and friendly they make book browsing an absolute joy. The shop itself has a great atmosphere, and extensive range of books, cds, dvds etc.. They also hold regular book launch events and talks. We came to listen to author Owen Davies talking about his book.... More

For a Swede who likes to read, Heffers in Cambridge is heaven. It is well organized, the staff is friendly. I wish we had something similar in Gothenburg (Sweden).

I do love bookshops...this is a chain with a history. Mainly suppliers to the University it offers a wide range of books etc. Ideal for browsing and even a coffee shop to think about things, I like the quiet atmosphere and the excitement of finding something I might like which I had not heard of.

Wonderful, huge selection of games. Suggestion 'post it notes' shows staff really know their stuff when it comes to table top gaming.

This is a bookstore in the centre of town with a good range of books. They have some bargains and buy 3 pay 2 deals. I do wish they gave discounts to students. They have free WiFi and it is a good place for a browse.
