A wonderful spot to chill and wind down amongst the rolling countryside to the south of Cambridge. A range of easy walking trails, that are all short, a popular trail running area within easy cycling distance of Cambridge.

This country park is situated only a couple of miles out of Cambridge, and is on terrain that is rare for this area, the fact that it is on a gentle hill. The car park is neat and well-laid out, with a modest charge of...More

Nice country park on the outskirts of Cambridge. Three pound to park your car. You can walk around the hill fort maybe try and find the buried horse. People live in the mansion. You can still walk around. Overall. NICE.

Cycled up to Handle bury Country Park. Probably used the wring entrance as we ended up having to push the bikes along footpaths where there was no cycling allowed, but that was fine, we should have checked that out first. Lovely extensive park, a mix...More

We came for a walk on this warm late Spring day. First point to note is that the car park machine now takes the new £1 coins. The charge is £3, which is reasonable given that the running costs of the place are £400 a...More
