Very good course, taught brilliantly. There’s lots to learn, but Mark is a great teacher and you’re given plenty of time to read through the course material at home in between course days. Will definitely be looking into level 3 in the near future!More

Mark was very informative, knowledgeable and entertaining, we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at the Royal Cambridge Hotel and recommend this event to everyone. We went straight out and purchased 6 bottles of one of the wines tasted!

Hello Jackie thank you for your review and I am so glad you enjoyed the evening. Cheese & Wine is certainly a very popular theme, as is Champagne & Sparkling! I hope to see you again soon.

Educational, enjoyable and tasty. Often the teacher at events like these can be a little patronising and self-absorbed.....certainly not the case here - clear, articulate and informative delivery made for a very enjoyable evening.
