We had a Nerf Gun Party for our 7 year old at Red House Farm on Sunday. The Farm and the area around it are beautiful and the weather was so good we were able to use the play area outside before the party whilst people arrived. The children then got 10/15 minutes on a big inflatable slide where they... More

First of all, on the positive side, the staff were friendly and polite and there were lots of fun things for kids to do. However, tea rooms were so dirty, it was a very unpleasant experience. The tables and floor were covered with crumbs, the teacups were stained and the staff (in the open plan kitchen) were making up food... More

I visited the Red House Farm cafe on a Wednesday in September with a friend on our bicycles. There's a very friendly but efficient atmosphere and the service is good. I was keen to have a go at their sausage's and marmalade/onion chutney. The lady serving us highly recommended this particular offering from the excellent menu choice and I wasn't... More

We were there for the food, but we noticed that it was a good spot for children. Excellent tea and coffee with good cakes and bacon sandwiches. Everything that we wanted. We sat outside in the sun. Good friendly staff.

Having visited with 2 of our 9 grandchildren during the spring half term when we found the charge for the use of the activities good value. However when we visited yesterday with 4 more of our grandchildren we were annoyed and disappointed with what we found. The toilet facilities are totally inadequate with one male, one female and one disabled... More

Organised a visit to the Maize Maze for 8 adults as a birthday activity. The maze is huge, but the actual maize was too thin in areas which meant that it was too easy to navigate, which takes the fun out of the whole thing. Ok for children. Would i go again? NO.

My two sons have summer passes for the second year running and we have made good use of them and had lots of fun days out here. There's lots of activities for them to do and we spend a good few hours here each visit without them getting bored. We've also brought visiting family and friends with us who have... More

Great little find. Took our 4 year old to the maize which we all enjoyed. There is an activity to do in the maize to find all the scarecrows which adds to the fun. Plenty to do for the little ones including tractor rides, bouncy castles and play areas. The maize is reasonably priced. Lovely tea rooms, and there is... More
