If you are in Chester then take some time to walk along what remains of the old Roman City walls. Accessible from the middle of the city they will guide you down alongside the river Dee where you descend and take a boat trip

Sorry I don't know, we stayed in a hotel that had a car park and it was only A five minute walk into the city centre

Yes 100% but some parts are very narrow and best to keep your dog on its lead xx
