This is a very attractive garden with some wonderful exotic plants across a valley and running down to the beach. My family particularly enjoyed the maze with a race to the centre! Be aware that as the garden is planted on a valley, it is...More

Had a really enjoyable afternoon exploring Glendurgan Gardens. Lovely trees and flowers to look at and views to admire. Enjoyed the maze although trickier than it looks! Quite a few steep paths so prepare for this, more signs could have been helpful - we didn't...More

Nice to chill out and take a gentle stroll round the garden and see all the different plant life.It was amusing sitting on the bench above the maze watching some of the people getting in and out and going round in circles.Well worth a visit.

This is a 'hidden valley' garden inland from the tiny cove hamlet of Durgan on the Helford River. Firstly this is a walking garden with well surfaced paths and there are some steps with no handrails so not for the wheelchair user or with limited...More

Maybe we caught the gardens at a bad time but they were very drab and monotonous and very poor compared to Trebah just a few minutes away. The maze is the only real highlight. We walked from Helford, taking the ferry and we found the...More

Palm trees in England? Of course! This was a wonderful garden to wander through, complete with a maze. Due to the heat, we took the shaded pathways and did not venture into the very sunny maze. Follow the path into Durgan village and see the...More

Having just visited the spectacular and atmospheric Trebah gardens we thought we would take a look at Glendurgan. We we're immediately pounced on to join the National Trust. This is common practice with the National Trust and goes down like a lead balloon with us....More

The garden is a 15 minute drive from Falmouth. You can reach the garden by walking the coast path, it will take 2-3 hours from Falmouth. When you reach Durgan village, you can then access Glendurgan Garden.
