We are garden people and amidst the famous and much larger gardens of Cornwall, adjacent to Falmouth's easily reached Gyllingvase Beach is this lovely small open garden. These gardens are a delight at any time of the year. Our recent visit was Easter weekend and the tulips were wonderful. Very well maintained gardens and wheelchair accessible ..

Some nice plants and a pond, the Gunnara were not very well developed at this time of the year. But the gardens were neat and tidy and out of the wind.

Can't say enough about this beautiful spot. They were just getting ready to plants flowers. The gardens, plants and trees are all very well taken care of. Great for a couples stroll with children or dogs or if you want some solitude just sit on a bench and relax.

Tucked away just above the beach is a delightful garden and paved walkways leading through narrow paths alongside a grotto, sunken waterfall garden, and other treats leading up to the Queen Mary Gardens with a band stand and restaurant. Attached also is a small garden centre with exotic plants for sale. Don't miss it. Only a short walk too from... More
