Took grandchildren to Breakfast with Santa. A RIP OFF! The breakfast was small and cold. i.e. One pancake with no fruit. Kids presents were pathetic, probably a job lot from Poundland! Cheep and nasty. Never again.

We visited this afternoon for the Christmas experience and can honestly say it was the best Father Christmas the children (age 5-10) have been to. He spent enough time talking to them to make it special and the whole ambience was magical. They all loved their gift. The coloured lights were amazing once it got dark. Kind staff too, one of my children dropped an ornament in the shop and the lady there was so kind about it. Also lovely ladies in the craft tent and outside the grotto. Thank you!

We recently visited dairyland for their Santa Christmas experience, the staff, elves and Santa were very welcoming, professional and organised. They have the perfect set up for a magical Christmassy day. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again very soon. Thank you dairyland!

We visited today as we were staying nearby and noticed all the lovely Christmas lights. We booked to see Santa and can honestly say that he was the best Santa we have ever been to. My girls aged 5 and 2 were completely mesmerised by him and the whole set up was just great. Loved the marshmallow toasting fire pits and seeing all the animals. Really Christmassy and lovely and all the staff were so jolly and friendly. A great experience all round, we will definitely be back in the summer to see how all the planned developments like bbq terrace turn out.

We visited Dairyland over Halloween for the scaryland. My children loved it, loved their tractor and pony rides, petting animals and playing. When there we purchased some merchandise and when we got home there was an incident with my dogs eating my daughters headband. I sent a quick email to dairyland to ask if they woild be able to post me a new one after being unable to source the same one online. Fantastic customer service from them, headband arrived the next day. Thoroughly recommend as top customer service is the key to success! Thank you!

Excellent review here for Dairyland. We go every year with our friends and children for Halloween and for their Christmas events. They are our favourite attraction and they always put the effort in for the occasion. Yesterday we went for our Halloween visit and it was brilliant. The kids love it. They got to ride ponies, stroke the animals including calfs and ponies, make craft Halloween bits, pick they own pumpkin in a little wheelbarrow and so much more. You can spend the whole day and enjoy every moment. The best part for other parents to know, which we find amazing is that the staff cut your pumpkin for you, including its face design! All you have to do if the emptying of the pumpkin. My daughter will never be dissapointed from my shocking pumpkin carving skills ever again. Another shout out to the tractor driver and commentator who made the passengers (adults too) laugh the whole ride around, and even let the toddlers sit and have pictures int he tractor after. Above and beyond as always so a must visit if you are local or on holiday. Looking forward to our Christmas visit already.

Arrived at dairyland (scaryland) Pre paid for our tickets yet still had to queue for 45 min to get in which isn’t great for a day out with children. Everything was far to busy and they definitely wasn’t prepared for the amount of people that was there. The queue for food was also long. No gel in any of the hand sanitizers and the place was just dirty and old. The poor staff was so busy as there was definitely not enough of them for the amount of people there. Definitely wouldn’t go again and very very over priced!

We had a lovely time. Staff member Lindsay was really sweet with our little one, she allowed her to meet the baby goats because it was so quiet on the day we visited. Lindsey was also very knowledgeable about the insects which made visiting the bug house interesting.
A lovely place to visit with small children (ours is 3.5 yrs) We enjoyed getting lost in the maze 😆
The indoor target guns are great fun, hit the targets with the foam balls and they light up and make sounds. The indoor soft play is good. Meeting Moo the mascot also brought a smile to our little ones face.
