I visit regularly with my 7yr old daughter and always have a great time. The entrance price is reasonable, but now you have to pay for parking it can become quite pricey (that's the reason for 4 stars and not 5). A local can buy a voucher making the parking cheaper, but a visitor would pay for parking. The fun... More

After traveling for one hour to get here with a 5 year old and a one year old we arrived at 10:40 we paid four pound to park the car only to be told when we got there they close the pool at 11am and it would not be open again to the public until 6pm. It does not state... More

My children love going to Waterworld, the price is reasonable. The fun pool is great for the family with two water slides (large and small), a good depth around the pool starting very small up to about 1.5 metres, lots of the things to keep the family entertained. The temperature of the pool is perfect, warming enough for the family... More

Kids had a great time as did us adults. One thing is the pool is pretty cold, but I guess if you swim around you warm up :) Will go again.

After having first checking trip adviser we thought we'd take the plundge and visit water world. Some reviews said it was. Dirty and cold, but seem as it was a mild day . We thought we'd visit Anyway. The good points are , It's cheaper then advertised on their website! The staff are polite. The changing rooms were clean. And... More

Hadn't been in for a while and since I last visited, they have carried out some repairs to the pool. Staff are very helpful but the place could do with some money spending on it as some of the changing facilities were out of action when I was here. There is a 25m pool and a fun pool so good... If you have tempus membership, it's a great pool to visit. If you don't and you visit at peak time, it's rather expensive. The changing rooms were much better than on previous visits. They were clean unlike previous reviews. My young children love the flumes and the different things to play with/on in the pool.

Ok so we decided to visit here today with our children who are 2 and 6. We paid at reception at the lady Offered residents discount which was ideal! I looked at the temperature gauge of the pools in the reception area which showed it was hot so thought great! We went into the family changing area which seriously needs... More

Perfect place to take the children when it is raining. They do need to fix some of the family changing room doors, but apart from that great place to take the kids.

Well equipped, with mostly nice users. However, the staff that train there are arrogant, ignorant and in need of soap. Quite unacceptable. Gym etiquette does not apply to them. Give it a miss. Unique in the whole World.
