If you are looking for a no nonsense pub with a good local vibe, great beer, friendly staff and old fashioned charm, look no further. Yes, it's got dated decor , bit rough round the edges but I like that. If you want to mix...More

Great old old old boozer with massive range of real ale and was full of the Bamaluz Bootleggers singing shanty songs all afternoon over a few pints!! Great afternoon spent singing along to Camborn Hill and suppin' brew.

We stopped here on our last day in St Ives. A great little find we stumbled across. We ordered food which arrived in a reasonable time, food was lovely, home cooked and boiling hot! Bar staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Had a couple of beers in here one night and food another. Good selection of beers and good traditional pub food. Friendly staff and a few locals with story's to tell.

As all the other bars were overflowing on a summers evening, this was the only one where we could get seating. It was an old world type place. The staff were friendly. The beers as with all English beers were weak however.
