What a wonderful morning spent here. We went before the castle to get the children involved. We visited with 4 children aged 6mths, 4, 11 and 13 and it was loved by all. Staff were so attentive and helpful. Much enjoyed. Thank you.

huge halls, very cheap to enter , will take about half an hour to an hour to see, almost tacky but built before the era of naffness so has its own appeal, glad i went.

The light show at the beginning was very atmospheric. We felt like a king and queen , while sitting on the thrones. The stained glass in the Great hall was wonderful and there is lots of information about the knights.b
