Good routes and nice cafe, easy and cheap parking nearby. Clip and climb for children and good space for parties. For the more serious climber, lots of lead routes of all grades and a bottom belay section with easier routes

I booked my two children (12 and 15) in for an hour with one-to-one tuition. They had climbed a little before in an indoor centre and thoroughly enjoyed this session. Walls of different height and difficulty and a bouldering room. The Clip 'n Climb looked...More

Took the kids for a taster session! Was brilliant, not too expensive and a really great team on board. Definitely recommend if you're staying in the area. We didn't get time on our holiday this year but will definitely be back next year!

The Quay has a great variety of climbing walls, as well as two bouldering rooms. The service isn't always great so it may take a while for them to get you set up, but once you're equipped and climbing none of it really matters anymore....More

I don't like giving poor reviews, but the experience at The Quay centre made my daughter cry and me boil with rage. After taking forever to find a place to park, we were greeted by a friendly member of staff which was great. It then...More

I hate heights and have never been climbing so this was an adrenaline rush in every sense! However thanks to the very professional help of Tammi who was our instructor - the whole group who were all novices had a great experience. Safely managed, I'd...More
