The cinema is nice, overpriced but nice. The staff are so unfriendly tho. No hello or thanks or smiles. Much better service at Odeon or Vue.

We turned up 2 hours before the movie started we had drinks and pizza before the movie. We took our drinks into the movie. What a relaxing idea. The seat spacing is superb being one of long legs.

I am a regular visitor to this cinema as it is super-comfy, has a good range of drinks, snacks and the sort of food which I quite fancy before a film. They are part of the meerkat movies deal and the midnight screenings are great...More

What a great afternoon spent at the Picturehouse. If you are on holiday in Devon and it rains the options with kids and teenagers are a bit pants. Normally all the other tourists flock there too. The Picturehouse is cosy, it's a proper cinema experience,...More

Mostly dough-based food, pizzas cooked to order, small bar with teas and coffees. The bar staff can be rather off-hand and one is misery personified but if you want a quick, light meal before or after a movie, it is perfectly fine.

Well - delightful cinema etc etc but whole evening totally ruined by husband being charged £19.40 for 2 glasses of wine . He has vowed never to return - they prominently advertise the food prices but strangely blank on the drinks blackboard. Not acceptable.

Cool little cinema, has a bar and cafe upstairs and you can take your drinks into the film. Haven't eaten here but the food sounds good, simple stuff like pizzas. Only thing is the cinema tickets are more expensive than other options in the city....More
