This 'little' museum is a real gem. Not open Mondays, but well worth visiting another day. Easy to get round. Variety for all ages and changing exhibitions. Suitable café. Could easily spend 2hrs. minimum browsing. Lovely. Do this and the cathedral and stop for lunch....More

Exeter is a wonderful city but this museum is the jewel in the crown (yeah alright the cathedral is something not to miss!) Great architecture and an amazing thought provoking collection.

The museum is spectacular, lots to see and do. Very good exhibits and frequent exhibitions. The Shop is unique and has some really lovely things. Ideal for presents.

There aren't any dinosaur skeletons on display in RAMM and I'm not sure there ever have been. We do have the skeleton of a Cuvier's whale in the Case Histories gallery and some visitors think that it's a dinosaur. In my 10... More
