When we were there on the last day of April, I really expected to see more color, there were just little flowers at that time. It is also a little garden, that makes this garden only interesting in a little part of the year.

A bit tricky to find. I have lived in Plymouth for years and never knew this treasure was there. Small but perfectly formed. Quiet and cool.

Many visitors and even Plymouth residents are unaware of this pretty oasis reached through a passageway from Southside Street. Water features, ornamental miniature flower beds, a covered bench and even a productive fig tree provide a contrast to the activity on the harbour or Barbican....More

There are lots of stone stairs and some water. Is there any public liability insurance or any regard to basic health and safety?
Is there any disabled access?

There are small vantage points top and bottom where you can see some of the garden and stonework without actually getting further in. I'm not sure who owns or runs this place but it seems that they either paid little regard... More
