You would not believe that Cockington was so close to Torquay. Torquay has the buz but Cockington has the beauty and peace.

Lovely place to do dog walking but not in the rain! Tea room was lovely and warm. And the shops behind were lovely too. The chocolate shop was yummy

"Artisan" stalls with hugely overpriced rubbish. Badly planned layout and loads of coffee and tea shops where I am sure Jeremy and Penelope of the Home Counties can enjoy a lactose intolerant tea and scones!! Don't bother!
