You can do meditation and various other things here. There is usually a leaflet outside the main door telling you what is available and the costs. It is In a quiet side street in North Laine

A great place for learning more about Buddhism and having a go at meditation! The Buddhist community are very welcome and friendly and being a Muslim I was made to feel especially welcome! A real pleasure!

This is a Buddhist Centre, offering yoga and meditation classes to anyone who wishes to enjoy their space. You don't need to be a Buddhist to go, it is open to all. As you might imagine, it has a lovely calm and welcoming atmosphere.

Worth visiting offers lunch and evening meditation for beginners to advanced. Fees are not too much and the top floor temple is so calming especially in the sun. Not pushy in any way

The teacher was friendly and explained what all the poses were meant to achieve, giving varying degrees of difficulty depending on your personal yoga level. She came round and helped adjust your pose, giving pointers on how to improve which was very helpful for me... More
