What a beautiful place! We were very lucky with the weather it was a lovely sunny day. A huge area to explore, great for dogs. It is very hilly in places so be prepared to stretch those calves! The car park is £3 and you...More

The Devil's Dyke has marvellous views across the Sussex countryside and the south coast. Clear paths allow for exploration and are good as a workout ! Walking into the Dyke you are struck by the silence and lack of birdsong, very off-putting, and lack of...More

This site is a wonderfully peaceful and very scenic location, on a clear day you can see for miles. Pub on site serves nice food and bus route to Brighton sea front great.

There are panoramic views across Sussex, Surrey and Kent, and on a clear day you can see the Isle of Wight. Three marked walks start from the car-park (a leaflet with a map was available from a notice-board). The easiest walk provides superb 360 degree...More

I didn't run or bike, the car loved the drive and the traditional pub fare was everything as expected. Fantastic views good reliable pub atmosphere, who was the designated driver?

I'd agree. Absolutely nothing like the Netherlands although I have a feeling there is a windmill not that far away.

Tree parking on the other side of the park / reserve, in the dip. I have parked there before, but beware, it's an uphill climb and quite steep in some cases.

Yes, absolutely, no problem. However, be mindful that it's still necessary to pick up and dispose of their droppings. If there are any sheep or cattle in the vicinity, then it's best to put the lead on your dog.
