Lovely little gardens with tennis courts and a playground. Nice that it isn't flat, which makes it more interesting. Inquisitive squirrels. The well has an interesting history. Nice cakes at the café, though they could do with turning the music down.

We only tried the play area in the park (and not the cafe) and it was great! Quite a big area and different things for different ages!

Visited St Ann's Well Garden and Cafe when visiting friends who live in Brighton. The cafe had a wide range of food options, all the food we ordered was tasty and fresh. Next time I am in Brighton I will be popping by again.

Not far from the hubbub of Brighton or Hove or the seafront. A green haven of a park with a great cafe. Locals keep this one a secret ... so don't tell anyone !
