A really nice, low key "light show" giving the history of the town, and a good idea of where everything is. Worth 15 minutes and £3 for sure.

The Rye Heritage Centre is the best place to start when visiting Rye. The people are friendly and the exhibits though small are informative. It is a great way to talk about the town, the folklore, and possibly a ghost story or two.

Very good heritage centre. Rather than filling it with tat , I've seen lots of that. Someone has come up with great ideas. Victorian Rye model with effects and sound. Penny arcade. Histrionics relics. Staff are friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable. Toilets and cafe.
