A great beach with a the usual beach attractions, trampolines, swing boats etc. For the older ones a couple of beach bars/cafe style outlets.

We love ramsgate sandy beaches. They have life guards on there beaches and trampolines ect for the kids. So much space good for playing any sports game on too. Beautiful beaches

Nice beach with a short walk to the end but full of stones even though mostly sand which is very unusual but well served by nice café at one end and when the new Weatherspoons opens should be a major attraction

Not huge but big enough. No stones or pebbles and very well kept. You would need to watch the tide further up towards Broadstairs so you don't get caught out. Be prepared for either steps or a steep climb when leaving.

Quick stop off on the way home from margate just 20 minutes away in the car. Lovely sandy beach perfect for a walk on a sunny day. Right next to the harbour and close to the town. A lot of rubbish around on the beach let it down

Surprisingly to come across this beach. Tho right I heard of all the the Thanet beaches this one has no fame yet seems as sandy and wonderful as the rest. Cool little cafe kiosk nearby and when the new Weatherspoons open even though i don't drink I will go for the views alone. Clever Ramsgate. Pack them of to Joss... More

Beautiful sandy beach, mostly hidden. At low tide it is possible to walk to Broadstairs. A secret gem.

This beach is usually clean and well kept in the summer. This beach is always very busy with tourists. There are lots of pubs and restaurants along the front serving different cuisines. There are lots of different bus services and a coach service to London that you can get from the Harbour which is a few minutes walk away. The... More

Excellent sandy beach, close to town. Toilet facilities nearby. Also eating, drinking places adjacent plus shop for beach essentials. Paid parking nearby or free parking a short walk away. Large sandy beach with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Plenty of places nearby to eat, drink etc.

This is a nice clean beach just along from the Marina at Ramsgate. We had a nice quiet walk along here last weekend. Admittedly it was February so there was a strong cold wind and not many people around, but even so it was pleasant. Plenty of places nearby to eat and / or grab a drink. Very good.
