Looking beautifull

Inner harbor looking great in evenings currently with quite a few of the boats/yachts covered in Christmas lights. Makes for a very nice walk to/from pub/restaurant

This is a very calm and relaxing Harbour, despite the wind doing its best on the shore front and waves lashing the external harbour walls within the Harbour area all is calm, lots of boats to see and around the edges the arches are filling up with restaurants and shops - nice spot.

Ramsgate Marina has to be one of the best attractions in Thanet. Wonderful opportunity for keen photographers. Provides a very pleasant walk with picturesque views. Plenty of public houses, restaurants , coffee bars to relax in. Always enjoy returning to this part of Thanet. Looking forward to the New Wetherspoon project on the old pavilion site. Will be back.

We visited Ramsgate on a sunny Bank Holiday weekend and due to some organised entertainment events being held in the harbour area, the seafront was quite busy. We travelled to Ramsgate by train and it is a fair walk (mostly downhill), from the station to seafront. There are a good number of (pay and display), car parks in the immediate... More

We took our young grandchildren for a walk around Ramsgate harbour. With great weather and wonderful views we could have been anywhere in the Mediterranean. The children thought being able to walk across the bridge between the inner & outer harbour was great fun. We even watched several cormorants diving for fish, and spotted a kingfisher.

Nice place to relax, look at the boats or sit outside at one of the food outlets or walk up the road to get an elevated view across the Harbour and people watch

The harbour is really a special place being at the heart of Ramsgate. There are wonderful yacht facilities and great places to eat, drink and soak up a little of Ramsgate. At Christmas time some of the boats put up Christmas lights making the whole harbour look magical! Love it!!
