When in the Pantiles area we simply love to spend a time in this gallery. The art appears to be by locals but the standard is tremendous. I can usually find up to 10 pictures I would love to hang on my walls and several sculptures would look great in my home as well. There is one sculpture in particular,... More

From time to time I like to enjoy a pint on a fine weekend at the close by Duke of York. It is then customary for me to wander over to this gallery and look at the artworks on display in the window before moving on except the last occasion I did this I saw a pastel I was immediately... More

We have been to this gallery on a number of occasions from solo and group shows to private views. There are some remarkable pieces of art ranging from sculpture by Dawn Benson to paintings by one of RWA, Louise Baalam. The gallery space is inviting and we found the staff to be very welcoming. The collection was diverse from the... More

A really fabulous gallery with a charming owner. The artist roster is interesting, diverse and always keenly priced. I particularly like the works by Sara Habgood and Bev Rouwen.

A great gallery on the Pantiles Tunbridge Wells, it has been there for as long as I can remember and shows great artists. Definitely a place to visit if you like contemporary art. I like the David Atkins oil paintings of the Ashdown. Peter

The Fairfax Gallery has, arguably, the most impressive building of any art gallery in Tunbridge Wells. It's an elegant, light and airy space spread over two floors at the start of the Pantiles. We've visited the Fairfax a few times over the years and it's always great to see what new pieces they have on show. A good range of prices and very friendly host too.
