We live nearby and used to go to this park quite frequently but we’re put off during covid as it was so busy with mums and their pushchairs who like to walk side by side along the paths so anyone else has to walk on the grass as they do not get out of the way, we went today and there were less people about but the mums with buggy’s were still there unfortunately. Why do they insist on walking side by side. Just have some consideration for others and walk behind one another to let people past.

The Good:
- A lovely park in Tunbridge Wells which we regularly visit with the kids.
- Perfect for walks, picnics, outdoor games, attending the many events held their during the year, plus the play park is good for the kids too.
- Ample facilities onsite, e.g. cafes, toilets etc.

The Bad:
- None.

Good to Know:
- The play park gets very muddy Autumn - Spring.
- The park is about 20-25 minutes walk from TW rail station / town centre (mostly uphill).

Top Tip:
- The park is nice all year round, particularly during the spring with the bulbs out in bloom. The daffodil display in the memorial garden is lovely.

A mixture of wilder, more natural areas and more landscaped features that blends together and is a lovely place to sit and spend a while. The cafe was good too!

Beautiful park- quiet during half term, which is a rarity! Reasonably priced cafe and boating lake. Free parking.

Was in area with time to spare and found ourselves opposite so went not the biggest of car parks but free unusual for the area clean tidy and a short walk round for me deserves more time but a large amount of rain curtailed our visit

Fabulous array of trees and plants and a lake. The Victoria Cross oak grove was interesting and quite moving. We spent a very happy hour or two wandering round. Plenty to see even in late October. Pleasant and reasonable café.

Great fun even on a rainy day. Kids love the water activities and watching the wildlife. Try the back car park as bigger for better parking.

Lovely place to walk and enjoy great tress and planting so well cared for by many volunteers. At all times of year this park will be the most beautiful place to explore
