I like this cinema but the que to get food and drink is really really slow. In 15 minutes 3 groups have been served in my que. it's time the management team sorted this out. It is either under manned, or ineffective. The film I'm due to see started 20 minutes ago and I'm still waiting behind 4 other groups... More

Vue Cinema in Hull is located on the top deck of Princess Quay which 10 state of the art screens for both 2D, 3D and 4K films. Ticket Prices used to be very expensive, however, they have reduced all prices (excluding 3D films) to £4.99. Fantastic seats with plenty of leg room and great quality sound. Sony 4k Projectors offers... More

Visited this cinema on numerous occasions and has never disappointed. Odeon is very old and worn, Cineworld is on a similar level inside but is quite out the way. Vue has the best screens and the best seating and now all tickets (except 3d) are £4.99, you can upgrade to VIP seats for £1.50 which is worth it with the... More

The screen is good, the sound is good and the food and drinks are good. But it's things like when they book you in for a 3D film, don't tell you and you have to leave before it starts to go out and get the glasses, then to find that they want you to buy them even though they never... More

Enjoyed the film from comfortable seats with plenty of legroom, but moved to the last row but one as found the screen to be too big and overpowering anywhere near the front. Sound quality was excellent. Refreshments were a bit pricey.

Whenever I go to see a film in Hull, Vue is always one of the options. Compared with other cinemas the screens are absolutely huge and the seats are comfy with good leg room. Ticket prices are high end... but are nothing compared to food & drink. When I went to see Nerve, which by the way is a great... More

Good sized screens yet I feel volume is sometimes too loud for the films to the stage it echos and leaves you with a headache. Seats are comfy with an option to pay even more for large leather chairs which I'd actually recommend. I do feel to some other cinemas it's quite a bit higher priced and doesn't offer anything... Came here with a friend and came to see the film 'nerve' (which was really good) and got served extra quick when we were in line. We got served by one of the politest staff members ever, so over all an extremely good visit!
