Is the view of the Humber Bridge as you leave! City of Culture? What culture? If anywhere is in need of culture it's Hull.

This is a toll Bridge, but cheap for cars. Walkers and cyclists go free. There is a forest walk on the north bank next to the car park, was locally known... More

On a clear and sunny day this is a must do! You can walk, run, cycle or drive over the bridge to Barton on humber from Hull.

It was a long walk if you go over the full bridge and come back but it was nice and sunny which made it better. My advice is walk along the side nearest to Hull as this was less busy.

Having previously held the world record for a single span bridge, you cannot fail to be impressed by this bridge. From the onsite shop, park walkway/scenery to just walking over the bridge from Hessle into Barton, DON'T miss it.

A bridge with a river under it. Nothing to write home about. Wasn't really impressed. It was off a motorway. That is about it.
