A lovely traditional pub. Comfortable warm friendly. A range of well kept Cask ales and knowledgeable staff. Seating outside and many cosy snugs to choose from. Darts or Domino's there is no music...no wifi! Just happy conversation. Go and enjoy 😁

There are few pubs like this left. Beer and a few bar snacks with tons of history immortalised in the well kept and unspoiled decor. Had Robinson's beer and scotch egg made by the butcher round the corner. Both a real treat.

4 of us popped in here for a few drink. Sat playing cards and just generally chilled out. Nice traditional pub and would return if in the area.

Still the best place for a good pint, chat and chill out. Been going for years and never disappoints.

Excellent place to drink, and enjoy a bit of pork pie. Good seating to rear of the pub, and great snug. Always a great welcome.
