Walked up from Grasmere to Alcock Tarn with our dog did not realise how high the walk went. Had fantastic views of the area, followed the route from the National Trust.

We enjoyed a circular 4 mile walk up to Alcock Tarn. The paths are well maintained and signage is good and the views across lakeland were great from the tarn.
