The panoramic view was very stunning. The place was very windy and cold. We walked around but could not venture far due to the strong wind.

We visited here so as we thought it would be interesting, really is. We bought a slate door number which is really good. Had cake in the cafe too.

This was a most interesting slate mine up high on the mountain areas. It was a stopover point while on the Lake District 3day-2nights tour.
