A unique exhibition based on optical illusion. Witness balls rolling uphill in the antigravity room, visibly grow and shrink in the Ames room and be amazed by our interactive optical illusion exhibits, artwork and sculptures, as well as the hologram gallery!

We happened upon this place while wandering round the shops, so decided to pay a visit. It is small, but entertaining. They had explanations for 'why' some of the puzzles are so, but for the most interesting ones they have the explanation is frustratingly 'nobody...More

Good way to spend an hour or so on a rainy day, especially at the price. Some illusions are slightly tired but that doesn't detract from the fun.

Great for a few hours on a raining morning fun activities and puzzles and fun illusions. But this would be better if opened before 11 am. You may miss the entrance as it on the first floor above the toy shop.

We paid £3.75 per adult. Not sure on opening times but I think it was something like 10-4/5 in Winter.
