Apart from the location, which in effect is an attempt to best utilise space that might otherwise have been wasted, the best way to describe this market is 'archetypal' in that it's exactly the same as most other such markets around the country - the...More

Not the best and not the worst market I've ever seen. Friendly stall owners who'll help you find what you want even if they don't have it

This market used to be great but over the last few years its seen more and more empty stalls and some of the long time stalls have gone. I hope they can do something to bring it back to its former glory.

This is great for locals of blackpool, the quality of stands are great for local produce. There is a bakery stall in the middle of the market which serve the best dinky pork pies I've ever eaten.

Have only just discovered this market and quite by accident. Breakfast was outstanding both in quality and quantity. Plenty of stalls to browse with friendly staff. Not enough time today but will definitely be returning soon.

I really like Abingdon market right in the heart of Blackpool. It sells a whole host of things~ clothes, food, electrical items. I've always come across nice friendly people who run the stalls. Has a nice atmosphere.
