We went to visit on a rainy day and loved it. The castle itself was beautiful and full of fascinating artefacts. I'm not overly interested in museums and stately homes but I really enjoyed this one. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. We went...More

Personally I think it's quite a steep price for an entrance fee. But I understand there were many staff members there. I only spoke with one and that was on first entrance. In terms of finding someone for information regarding the rooms/house itself I struggled...More

If you look at the Calendar on the Website, on a PC or tablet, rather than a phone, you will hopefully find it easier to read. It is all colour coded to help.
