Made sure I arrived in Liverpool with time to make this infamous crossing. A running commentary throughout made the trip informative and the views were brilliant. The cost of the Explorer trip was reasonable with the opportunity to get off at Seabrook and Birkenhead, so...More

Great way to get to Liverpool. Well priced and informative. Easy to park at Woodside and everything on hand when you get to Liverpool. Signposting out of Birkenhead could have been more helpful though!

Yes, if you visit this part of the world, you have to take the ferry 'cross the Mersey! It is, however, an excellent 1 hour trip, getting you up close to the famous Liverpool skyline, as well as a slow 'drive' past the aircraft carrier...More

Yes it is. We took a pram on the ferry and left it down stairs while we walked to the upper deck. You can stay on the lower deck with the pram. I don’t think you could get the pram to the upper deck though. You can park it... More
